Dr Oz Botox RemedyBotox Natural Remedy Ingredients:

- 1/4 cup yogurt
– 1/2 banana
– 1 tsp honey

Dr Oz’s Natural Botox & Wrinkles Remedy Instructions:

Dr. Oz gave a great home remedy recipe for a face mask you can do at home instead of doing Botox to get rid of your wrinkles. Why go under the knife, especially for wrinkles, when you can make such a yummy mask instead? The guest on Dr. Oz couldn’t keep herself from eating the mask off of her face, and I don’t blame her! Why does this face mask work to eliminate wrinkles? The lactic acid found in the yogurt gently exfoliates your skin while the honey moisturizes your face.

1. Mash up half a banana with the back of a fork (the more ripe the banana, the better!)
2. Mix in 1/4 cup yogurt and 1 tsp of honey.
3. Spread the face mask all over your face.
4. Relax for 15 minutes.
5. Rinse off your face well.

Pantry Spa Tip: For a deep wrinkle treatment, cover your face with a warm moist washcloth while you wait the 15 minutes. The steam, moisture and heat will help the face mask really sink in.

  1. Love this concept sadly our world has spun to take the turn of they would rather spend hundreds for the real deal. I will be trying this out thank you for putting this out there.

  2. This is ridiculous! Botox is an injectable paralytic made from the botulism virus. The ingredients in this mask might do some good, but you’d probably do as well to simply eat the concoction. The molecules in most natural masks and commercially-made OTC masks are simply too large to be taken in by the skin and will do no good at all.

    • Sasha: Actually, the botox toxin comes from a species of bacteria – Clostridium botulinum (not a virus). Also, Lactic acid found in yogurt can penetrate the epidermis and it found in many chemical peels (it just has to be on the skin for a longer amount of time due to the size). I don’t know what your sources are but your claims are incorrect.

    • not so dumb says:

spot on Sasha. does anyone remember his or her 101 biology class?

  3. Why is my face hot/burning after washing the mask off?

    • The honey is a natural moisturizer and when your face (or any part of your skin) rapidly absorbs moisture, you can get a hot or burning sensation.

  4. Is this a every week or a couple times a week?

  5. Hi, I just wanted to know if we can use any type of yogurt or is it a specific one?? Thanks!!

  6. this works…do half your face and compare..its crazy. i ahve also just used honey only. try the back 0of one hand also and see the difference..u will be amazed! did it for a wedding and actually had people ask what i had done!

  7. this sounds great. How often do you use it?

  8. Teresa Cease says:

How often are you to use the facial mask? Every day, once a week? Do you have to use a certain kind of yogurt?

Do you have to use a certain kind of yogurt and how often do you do treatment?

  11. First, you don’t “go under the knife” when you get Botox INJECTIONS.
Second, NO topical preparation can do what Botox does.
Botox paralyzes the muscle. This concoction, while probably good for your skin, will not penetrate all the way to the muscle and give results that last months.

    • Well I wouldn’t want my muscles paralyzed in any way. I’ve used yougurt on my face for years and can attest to it’s doing fantastic things for the skin.
I wonder what the banana does.

    • Dominique says:

Botox is considered going under the knife, And botox wears off after a couple months. Why fill your face full of botox months after months and pay all that money when in the end your face is still gunna wrinkle up. I’d rather try a home remedy then break my bank account. Whats the harm? If it doesnt work, it’s simple. Stop doing it.

  12. Someone respond….what kind of yogurt?

  13. Greek yogurt ladies! And you can use this mask twice a week but no more than five times preferably.

  14. ok question, can u freeze the left overs?

  15. I am using plain yogurt & using it one a day every day…

  16. Wow! Everyone’s an expert. Who do I believe?

  17. Janna McCracken says:

sounds very interesting. my grandmother was 80+ when she passed and had no wrinkles. I can’t say the same and i’m only 48. i’m going to give this a try.

  18. I just tried this mask. I don’t notice a lot of difference in my face other than it actually feels tighter. I put this on my neck too though and I cannot believe the difference. I have just started paying attention to my neck so it’s starting to look thin and tissue like. After this mask was rinsed of it looks plumper and it feels really soft. I’m going to do the mask again in a few days and see if results continue to get better.

I am trying it now. I can tell you I am a model I’ve not used borax but have had a lot of expensive mask…this one you can feel with the first 5 minutes burning.burning to me is good. It means its moisturizing….( I applied the hot wash cloth..heated in microwave 1 minute…for a couple minutes till it cooled.) It feels tight..and I can tell you I will never pay for borax…no I’m not cheap…I love natural products..I’m 39.. I look 25. No kidding. I have an 18&16 year year old and a grandson. My children get embarrassed when I meet new friends they think I’m a sister…so…girls…why blow your money on borax? I’m a prime example…

    • I’m pretty sure borax is a type of detergent. The word would be Botox. Your made up stories are of no help to anyone on this website.
