How Apples Clean Teeth Simple Emergency Toothbrush Ingredients:

- 1 Apple

How to Brush Your Teeth With an Apple:

An apple a day keeps the dentist away! When you don’t have time to brush your teeth after a meal or before a big date, try this out!

1. Rinse the apple thoroughly
2. Eat the apple whole (do not cut it up first for the best effect)

Pantry Spa Tip:
Organic apples are what we recommend at Pantry Spa… because non-organic apples are covered in pesticides and a thick waxy substance (which are both extremely hard to remove).

  1. After eating an apple, it’s still important to brush your teeth. The apples still have sugar and acid in them which can damage the teeth. Leaving the sugar and acid on the teeth will reverse the benefits that eating an apple gave the teeth. Also, it’s a good idea to brush away the loosened plaque from the teeth so that it cannot become reattached to the teeth. If a tooth brush is not available after an apple, rinsing the apple down with some water may be the next best thing.
