Dr Oz Pina Colada Bath RecipeDr Oz Pina Colada Soft Skin Remedy Ingredients:

- 1 can pineapple rings
- 2 can coconut milk
- 2 cups powdered milk
- 1/2 cup soy milk

Dr Oz’s Pina Colada Bath Instructions:

Doctor Oz said that this skin home remedy from one of his viewers is great home remedy for soft skin. The bromelain in pineapple is an anti-inflammatory agent and calms your skin. Soy milk contains vitamin E, which helps to prevent sun damage to your skin. Coconut is also an anti-oxidant that fights off free-radicals.

1. Add the pineapple rings, coconut milk, powdered milk and soy milk to your bath tub filled with warm water.
2. Take a bath and relax.

Pantry Spa Tip: I would recommend using crushed pineapple rather than pineapple rings, because you can then rub the crushed pineapple bits all over your skin while you bathe and relax.
