What You Need:

- 2.5 cups Epsom Salt
- 1 tsp Essential Oil (lavender is my fave!)




Instructions:

Muscles aching? Sprained your ankle? Had a hard day? This is the PERFECT home remedy for any of these problems... and all you need is Epsom Salt and essential oil! Epsom salts promote healing and draw all of the impurities out of you... love it!

1. Add 2 to 2.5 cups of Epsom Salt to a warm bath.
2. Add a few drops of essential oil... my favorite is lavender because it is extra relaxing.
3. Soak in the bath and relax for 30 minutes.
