- 2.5 cups Water
- 4 Potatoes
Peach smoothies are delicious to drink but also nutritious for your hair! This combination will bring your hair back to life. Say goodbye to dry, dull, weak hair and hello to your new luscious locks!
1. Wash, peel, and cut the potatoes.
2. Place the potato chunks in a bowl with 2.5 cups of water.
3. Put the bowl of water and potato chunks into the fridge for 8-12 hours.
4. Remove the potato chunks... do not throw out the water!
5. Peel the peach and put it in the blender.
6. Add the water and banana and blend again.
7. Distribute the mixture throughout your hair.
8. Cover your hair with a warm towel or wrap it in plastic wrap.
9. Relax for 30 minutes.
10. Rinse your hair with warm water.
