Dr Oz Thyme Oil Nail Fungus RemedyNail Fungus Remedy Ingredients:

- Thyme Essential Oil, like this one: Thyme Essential Oil (Our Favorite!)
- Water

Dr Oz’s Nail Fungus Home Remedy Instructions:

Dr. Oz gave a fabulous home remedy to kill nail fungus, instead of using pills which are toxic for your liver. One option is to make an Anti-Fungus Vinegar Solution. Another option is to make a foot bath out of warm water and Thyme Essential Oil. Thyme Oil is an antiseptic and thus can work wonders on getting rid of your nail fungus (or onychomycosis)!

1. Fill a container with warm water for your foot bath.
2. Add a few drops of Thyme Oil to the warm water.
3. Soak your feet for 20 minutes.
4. Repeat as necessary.

  1. Hi Dr OZ: I am 71 and I have had trouble with my nails for many years, they have ridges running the length of the finger. The worst finger is the middle finger. I try to keep healthy with good quality vitamins I take NO drugs, but I cannot solve this problem. I would appreciate any help you can give me. Thank You and God Bless. Jeannette

    • Hi Jeannette, we are not at all affiliated with Dr Oz, but thanks for the compliment :) I actually happened to see the Dr Oz Show today though, and he said that ridges in your nails can be caused by hormonal issues, thyroid problems or Diabetes. Here is a link to a recap of Dr Oz’s segment on nail problems like Nail Beading.
