Feet Remedy: Homemade Hot & Cold Foot Therapy Treatment

- Disposable Plastic Water Bottle

Feet Home Remedy Instructions:

Do you have heel spurs? Plantar fasciitis heel pain? Or aching feet? You could spend $50 or more on a hot / cold foot massager, or make a Plantar Fasciitis Remedy yourself for free with one of those disposable plastic water bottles!

Hot Therapy Treatment:
1. Fill the bottle with hot water.
2. Place the bottle on the floor.
3. Sit down and place the bottle under the arch of your foot. Simply roll back and forth on the floor to massage and stretch out your foot and heel.

Cold Therapy Treatment:
1. Fill the bottle 1/4 of the way with cold water.
2. Put the bottle in the freezer until the water freezes.
3. Take the bottle out of the freezer and fill with cold water.
4. Let it sit for a few minutes until all of the water has had time to get cold.
5. Place the bottle on the floor.
6. Sit down and place the bottle under the arch of your foot. Simply roll back and forth on the floor to massage and stretch out your foot and heel.
