      Hi Tarah, like with anything pickle juice should be drank in moderation. Since everyone’s body is different it is always wise to start with a small amt and work your way up from there. I have high blood pressure in my family so I checked with my Dr. first prior to making this part of any kind of regimen. He suggested the same thing so I started at about 2/3 of a cup after a work out or when I feel fatigued. He also suggested that I drink lots of water and that I should stop adding salt to my food. Many foods already have salt in them so taste first then add salt was his advice. I’m 42 this year and feel great since I started enjoying pickle juice not to mention I have been free from bladder and urinary tract infections which I used to have every once in a while. I also don’t have Acid Reflux episodes in the evenings when I drink pickle juice which I don’t know if that is also an affect or coincidence but I’ll take it!
