Eucalyptus Oil for Sinus Relief

Eucalyptus Oil is one of the most potent and effective cures for a sinus infection. Simply place a few drops on a piece of cloth and inhale the fumes from the oil. It should clear up your sinuses pretty quickly.

Inhale Steam for Sinus Relief

Inhaling steam is another way to clear a blocked sinus cavity. Simply boil some water in a large pot, add a few drops of eucalyptus oil, and then inhale the steam. You will feel the nasal passages opening and mucous will begin to drain. Try inhaling steam every two to three hours for the best results.

Neti Pots are the go-to product for clearing out a sinus infection. All you need to do is boil some water, add a ton of salt and then filter the salt water into one nostril and out the other, after the water has cooled of course.

One final way to get rid of a nasty sinus infection is with a mixture of hydrogen peroxide and sea salt. Mix six ounces of warm water with 1 teaspoon of sea salt and 1/2 teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide. Pour this in your neti pot and you are ready to go.

    This is some really good information about a sinus infection. I have been thinking that I might have a sinus infection the last few days. I liked that you pointed out that steam can really help you be able to breath easier. That is good for me to know.
