The Dr Oz Show featured Paula Begoun, author of Don’t Go to the Cosmetics Counter Without Me, to teach everyone how to have beautiful skin without spending mega bucks!  We spend so much money every year on products for oily skin from clay masks to deep cleansers and everything in between.  Paul Begoun told Doctor Oz that her favorite Oily Skin Remedy is to use Milk of Magnesia. Here is how she suggested that you do this Milk of Magnesia Face Mask Remedy!

Dr Oz: Milk of Magnesia Face Mask Ingredients

Paula Begoun & Dr Oz Milk Of Magnesia– Milk of Magnesia – make sure it is the original, plain variety like I have linked to here (Milk of Magnesia), because you do not want to use the cherry or mint flavors on your skin!

Dr Oz: Milk of Magnesia Oily Skin Face Mask Directions

1.  Apply the Milk of Magnesia to your skin.

This is nothing new,,,,,, I’ve used Milk of Magnesia as a mask on my face for over 40 years, started in high school during the mid 60’s. Works great! I now mix green tea powder with the Milk of Magnesia for a more complete nurishing mask.
