The Doctors TV Show had a recipe for an Anti-Aging Tropical Fruit Facial in their 5 Minute Fix Segment. Papaya has an enzyme that helps to break down dead skin cells, plus it smooths and polishes your skin. Next, you want to add nutrients back into your skin and that is exactly what the kiwi does. Kiwi is high in vitamin C and antioxidants. The final step is to add moisture back into your skin, which is why the Anti-Aging Tropical Fruit Face Mask includes avocado and banana. Here is the full Anti-Aging Tropical Fruit Facial that Dr Andrew Ordon put onto Dr Jim Sears!
– 1 avocado
– 1 banana
– 1/2 papaya
– 1 kiwi
The Doctors TV Show: Anti-Aging Tropical Fruit Face Mask:
1. Mash up all of the ingredients. A hand blender would be extremely useful for doing this step.
2. Apply the Tropical Fruit Face Mask to your face and relax for 15 minutes.
3. Rinse your face off well and follow up with a facial moisturizer.
The Drs TV Show also said that Papaya contains an enzyme called papain which acts as an exfoliant, kiwi is rich in vitamin E and avocado is a fatty fruit that contains vitamin A, Vitamin E and Vitamin D.
