Dr Oz Chapped Lips Home Remedy with Baking Soda

Dr Oz Chapped Lips Toothbrush ScrubChapped Lips Home Remedy Ingredients:

– 1 TB Sugar
– 1 TB Baking Soda
– 1/2 TB Olive Oil
– 1/2 TB Water

Dr Oz’s Chapped Lips Remedy Instructions:

Doctor Oz and Janice (a woman on Dr. Oz’s television show) gave this home remedy with Baking Soda and sugar for dry, flaky, chapped lips. The sugar is great at exfoliating your lips to get rid of the dead skin cells from your lips that build up when you get chapped lips. The Baking Soda makes a nice lather in this chapped lip home remedy. And Dr. Oz’s addition of oil adds some moisture to your lips so that you will have totally luscious and kissable lips (even during the cold winter months)… this home remedy would work great in the summer when you get sunburned lips as well.

1. Mix together all of the ingredients until a paste forms (add more or less water as necessary).
2. Massage the mixture onto your chapped lips with a tooth brush, which helps to further exfoliate your lips.
3. Rinse with warm water.
4. Pat your lips dry.
5. Finish by putting on Burt’s Bees Classic Beeswax & Replenishing Pomegranate Lip Balm

I have lips that get very dry over night, I have put many creams, lip lotion and vaseline and
nothing seems to work. I will wake up in the middle of the night and my lips are so dry I have to get up and take a drink of water.
Any idea would be a great help.
