- 1 part gram flour
- 1 part rice flour
- 1 part Fuller’s Earth
- 1 part juice
- half a lemon
- 1 part milk

- Mix all the ingredients together and apply the scrub to the cracked heels.
- Leave it on wet feet for one minute while scrubbing your heels to remove dead skin cells.
- Wash and dry thoroughly after one minute.
